SOVEREIGN GRACE & REFORMED CONVICTIONS
Heritage Baptist is a sovereign grace believing church in Huntsville, Alabama, holding to what is commonly referred to as reformed theology as expressed in the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith. We rejoice in the sovereignty of God’s love, the sufficiency of Christ’s saving work, and the power of the Holy Spirit for undeserving sinners. At Heritage, our aim is the supremacy of God in preaching, prayer, singing, integrated family worship, and mutual service in the simplicity of New Testament Christianity. Join us for God-centered, grace-focused worship Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m.
Our goal is simple: to help you know God and live faithfully. We stay rooted in Scripture in how we worship, learn, and care for one another, so you can experience genuine growth in faith.
EXPOSITORY BIBLE PREACHING
We preach verse by verse through books of the Bible, relying on the Spirit of God for illumination to both teach and hear God’s word. Each sermon seeks to exalt God’s supremacy in Christ in worship by explaining the text faithfully and accurately, applying it to everyday life, so you leave encouraged and equipped.

Our worship is a cappella and congregational. We sing doctrinally sound hymns that teach truth and unite us in one voice to offer a sacrifice of praise. Every voice is needed to teach and admonish one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord (Col. 3:16).
FAMILY-INTEGRATED WORSHIP SERVICE
Children grow by watching and participating. That is why families remain together during the service. Parents and children learn side by side, strengthening both the home and the church.
